Free Shipping on all orders in the contiguous USA ...(NO FREE SHIPPING DURING SALES)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
Shipping time: 5-7 business days
We ship internationally via UPS or DHL
Duties/Tariffs are not included in the shipping cost and buyer is responsible for these fees.
What is your return policy?
We value each and every one of our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your order for a full refund within 14 days.
Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.
If you no longer have a copy of your invoice or Return/Exchange Form and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing: email@example.com
Only items that have been purchased through www.caprigirlsandals.com can be returned using our instructions.
All refunds do not include shipping fees. Customers are responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions will be made for defective items only.
*In the event the return is made due to defective items, or wrong item has been shipped, CapriGirl will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back.
In order to receive a reimbursement, customers MUST ship the merchandise back either standard mail or UPS GROUND. All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns MUST be in new and unused condition in original packaging, including original box.
If in any case the sandals are in a slightly used condition, CapriGirl will charge a 15% restocking fee.
