Orders typically process and ship within 5 working days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. This means Express Second Day and Ground shipments typically leave our shop 1 week after you place your order. Order status is available for all customers who have a registered Capri Girl account. To check the status of your order, log into your CapriGirl.com account and click on the Order History link. Here you can view shipping updates and order history.
Customers who have not registered with Capri Girl can email email@example.com with questions on order status. Requests are answered Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and this will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our shop for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system.
