Once an order is submitted, it can’t be cancelled. Each pair of Capri Girl custom jeweled sandals is made to order exclusively for you. We offer many combinations of style, color, heel and size and personal monograms, thus once the jeweled sandals have been made, we would not be able to sell the sandals created just for you to another customer. Occasionally we have special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Checkout page and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order. Please note that only one Promotional Code may be used per order.
Checking order status
Orders typically process and ship 1 week after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. This means Second Day and Ground shipments typically leave our shop 1 week after you place your order. Order status is available for all customers who have a registered Capri Girl account. To check the status of your order, log into your CapriGirl.com account and click on the Order History link. Here you can view shipping updates and order history.
Customers who have not registered with Capri Girl can email email@example.com with questions on order status. Requests are answered Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. We will send you an email when your order has shipped and this will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our shop for the tracking information to appear in the FedEx tracking system.
